limited selection unclean area
I found the breakfast selection quite limited , and the area around the buffet was not as clean as I would have liked. Getting teabags required asking , even though they were available nearby. This was a bit frustrating.

Fantastic Stay Near the Castle!
convenient parking helpful staff comfy beds
The onsite parking was very convenient. I appreciate this hotel's proximity to the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful too! Breakfast offered a great start to my day with delicious options. The beds were comfy, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day.
The room temperature was a bit too fixed for my liking.

clean room kind staff convenient location fixed temperature limited breakfast inadequate heater
the location is quite close to the main attractions in buda i found the room nice and clean i especially appreciated the kindness of the staff i had a very pleasant conversation with lili.
the room temperature was set at a fixed 20 degrees i found this to be a bit too low it seems due to economical reasons a small electric heater was provided it seemed a bit inadequate for a hotel of this level the breakfast had a limited choice.

A Balanced View of a City Stay

The hotel's location made it easy for me to explore. The rooms include complimentary tea and coffee, a nice touch. I was thankful for the minibar. It allowed me to keep my drinks cold. The hotel restaurant served tasty food, it was a nice bonus for convenience.
The room had a sign saying the temperature was fixed at 20 degrees Celsius. It cited economic reasons. The hotel provided an electric heater, but this looked cheap for a four-star hotel. The staff seemed a bit slow, I had to wait a long for service.

welcome drink comfortable bed extra bed
the staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. the beds were indeed comfortable. an extra bed was provided for our child. i found the location perfect for exploring the castle district, a short walk away.
room temperature was fixed at 20 degrees celsius. an electric heater was available. i found this embarrassing for a four star hotel.

Excellent location and helpful staff
great location polite staff clean room
The hotel is in a good location near the castle district. Bus number 16 stops directly in front of the building. The staff was polite and professional , securing the garage for our car under the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean.
The room temperature was set to a fixed value , for economical reasons.

The staff is ready to assist with any information needed , demonstrating responsiveness. I received a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival as I prepared my car. The cleaning lady was very thorough.
